We're seeking a volunteer organizational guru to join the Whitmore Park Community Association to fill our secretary role.
The main duty of this role is to be our minute taker expert at board meetings and to assist with compiling the agenda. Other duties may include keeping us organized with our task list, and assisting with the annual report for our AGM.
Our meetings are typically the third Wednesday of every month. If you have what it takes to keep us organized during meetings, feel free to reach out and let us know.
