Sessions are 60-90 minutes long and happen weekly or bi-weekly.

A Canadian Firearms Safety Course will be held in Moose Jaw on Saturday, March 23rd. This is a one day course for the Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for non-restricted firearms (hunting rifles and shotguns). We heard you! We have had so many enquiries about when we’re holding another sale. It has taken a while to make the arrangements, and now we are moving forward.
The grandmothers of sub-Saharan Africa continue to face inequalities and injustice. They want and deserve better for themselves, for their grandchildren, and for their communities. They are not asking for charity, for pity, nor for favours. Access to health care, protection from violence, political representation, food security and shelter are their human rights, and they have come to claim them!
Please think about collecting any unused fabric, yarn, and notions you may have, and when April comes, you will be able to drop off your donations. Our volunteers will be waiting. The SALE will be April 26th and 27th at St James United Church where you can attend the sale to replenish your supply and support the Grandmothers of Africa!
