Campground for sale
Description
Considering selling our little campground in Aneroid. Located an hour south of Swift Current, an hour west of Assinibioa, and 2 hours southwest of Moose Jaw.
Was originally setup when there was projects around, 10 or 20 years ago, so not super old. Pretty basic, simple setup. 8 or so 30 amp outlets, as well as a few others. Individual breakers for each one. Sewer drains and water as well.
We've only used the electricity for our campers, and it works great. Could use some TLC, I'm sure.
Located on a commercial lot, the equivalent of 4 lots, I believe. Maybe 1/3 acre, or so. Attached to a much larger lot that might be acquired for cheap(would have to check with the RM). Lots of other cheap properties around, as well.
Power with minimal use is about $35 a month, taxes about $400 a year, I believe. May be less.
May also negotiate a camper or 2, if someone wanted.
