Medicine Hat, Alberta has two FULLY FURNISHED rooms for rent for responsible tenants. REFERENCES WILL BE REQUIRED.
No SMOKING. Rent is $800/mo for upstairs smaller room, and $850/mo. for the downstairs larger room. First and last months rent due BEFORE moving in. ($1,600 - $1,700)
All utilities included, as is Netflix, Cable, Internet (WiFi). Full use of living room, a huge yard with a fire pit, deck with a BBQ table and chairs (Great place to have a smoke!) and the kitchen. Kitchen has all appliances: kettle, toaster, toaster oven, stove, fridge, electric frying pan, waffle maker, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, electric frying pan, and a bread maker.
On street parking. 2 min drive to college, or a 10 minute walk. On a major bus route, close to a convenience store, pizza restaurant, liquor store and more.
Pets are allowed, but only a very small dog or cat with a $300 NON-refundable deposit.
