Our condo is located 30 minutes drive from the Liberia airport, between a lovely touristy village called Playa del Coco and peaceful Ocotal Beach, both within walking distance of our condo. Coco is about 25 minutes walk (2.2 km) from our condo and offers shopping, dining, nightlife and a large active beach. On an opposite road from our condo, a short 15 minutes walk (1.2 km) will take you to Ocotal beach, a beautiful small golden and black sand beach with many water sports available and the excellent well-known restaurant Father Rooster's. A short drive by car or scooter will take you to other breathtaking beaches and natural areas. Many guided tours are available and they will pick up directly at the condo. Many species of birds, butterflies, reptiles and monkeys visit the area throughout the day providing endless entertainment.

Beautiful cozy private Cottage with 2 sleeping areas, 1 badroom, kitchen.Next airport would be Milan/Zuerich. From there you can rent a car or go by bus.

Our condo is located 30 minutes drive from the Liberia airport, between a lovely touristy village called Playa del Coco and peaceful Ocotal Beach, both within walking distance of our condo. Coco is about 25 minutes walk (2.2 km) from our condo and offers shopping, dining, nightlife and a large active beach. On an opposite road from our condo, a short 15 minutes walk (1.2 km) will take you to Ocotal beach, a beautiful small golden and black sand beach with many water sports available and the excellent well-known restaurant Father Rooster's. A short drive by car or scooter will take you to other breathtaking beaches and natural areas. Many guided tours are available and they will pick up directly at the condo. Many species of birds, butterflies, reptiles and monkeys visit the area throughout the day providing endless entertainment.

Located minutes south of Tamarindo, this small beachside community of Playa Langosta is an upscale neighbourhood and exotic locale with excellent surfing conditions. The sprawling sandy beach at Playa Langosta is much quieter than its neighbor, and is one of the best places in this region to let your hair down and relax.Across the street from the condo you can enjoy some great places to eat such as EL SAPO Pizzeria who really make pizza exciting, or Matty's Surf Club Bar and Grille, our local sports bar with excellent food. Spend a wonderful evening at El Khipu, a new Peruvian restaurant, or Walter's fine food and wine store only a 2 minute walk up the street from our condo.
Need a few things for the condo from breakfast supplies to beer and liquor, Langosta Mercado is the perfect well stocked convenience store also across from the condo.
You can play beach volleyball any evening at 4pm on the public beach across from the Occidental Resort a quick 100m walk on the beach just south of the condo.

Getting around
You have numerous options to get around and head into Tamarindo. It’s an enjoyable walk and you can be there in about 20 minutes however you can cut that time in half if you have bicycles rented. Another great option which is very popular with guests is to rent a golf cart from the numerous places that rent them. You have lots of golf cart options in terms of price, seating capacity and how fancy you want to go. Of course you can always call for a taxi or have Luis at the front gate call for you. Taxis will typically be there in a few minutes.For navigation and directions Google Maps on Android work quite well with Waze being the preferred App by visitors to the area.

Not sure if I posted in wrong category. But this is a Hilton Time share that I purchased in 2002 for $13,830 USD.
This time Share offers one the opportunity to stay in luxurious accommodations in California, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Colorado and many other locations stateside, on the International front there are many resorts in Mexico( including Los Cabos) , Japan and Scotland. I have tried to attach the Mortgage paperwork which is fully paid and some photos of the Orlando resort where our property is deeded, unfortunately the Mortgage paperwork wasn't accepted so if one has any interest I can send them by separate email. Finances are stretched at this time so this is why I am willing to sell for $7500 Canadian.
