Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). Condo building has year-round outdoor pools, gym, sauna, social areas with air-hockey, table tennis, billiard and other games. We are treating this condo as our second home and we expect the same from our guests - No smoking at condo and the building. No burning waxed and scented candles. Due to hot and humid conditions - remove garbage in tight bags daily. Beach/large towel needed to be washed and dried right after each use. We are not hotel - so daily cleaning is your responsibility - please use dishwasher and mop the floor as needed.
