Lead guitarist wanted

We’ve been together for over a year and we are starting to get to the point of doing shows soon. There’s three of us, guitar/vocals, drums, bass.
Looking for someone with experience. Know your place, be respectful and not interested in getting wasted at jam sessions.
For many songs I will have specifics of what I need to hear from you, for many others, I expect you’ll have your own ideas.
Music style; many people say we sound like Nirvana, the pixies and the doors.
