The Friends of the Saskatoon Afforestation Areas Inc. is currently looking for volunteers to join our board. We have a variety of opportunities available.
Commitment - 1 virtual board meeting per month via zoom second tuesday of the month. Min. 1 year. Approx. 4 - 6 hours a month.

The Friends of the Saskatoon Afforestation Areas tell the local story of the land, the people, geology, the history, the significance of the Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area and how all these elements come together to shape this south west area of Saskatoon. The environmental charity brings together respect for the land, the place, the people and our city's local cultural heritage. Become aware of the local geology, archaeology, culture and ecology for the West Swale glacial spillway, George Genereux Urban Regional Park, and Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area.
