We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for the responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed. Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or shifts. Perform general labor tasks such as moving supplies, cleaning workspaces, and organizing tools. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach the work site. Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities.
