The trail has been started but needs to be completed. While working on your trail you can enjoy an almost private small sandy beach, rarely used, approximate 2-minute –ATV drive.
Property also includes 1 6’ x 8’ tool shed, also a 10’ x 14’ shed which is wired and has a garage door suitable for storing outdoor toys and outdoor furniture. Also has a “non-stinky” outhouse with a beautiful white gravel path leading the way.
It also includes new 10’ x 12’ metal gazebo with metal roof and screens. Purchased May 2022.
Road to camp is paved and accessible year-round, also has school bus service and many deliveries comes this way as well, including Amazon and Purolator. Mailboxes are available at the beginning of Havilland Shores Dr. Many ATV and snowmachine trails. Low taxes, approximately $300 a year.
Hydro available at road if desired. Havilland/Goulais is an unorganized township, which means you can leave your trailer all year round. Please note trailer in pictures are not included.
