All bedding is laundered but with cottage sleeping arrangements you may wish to bring a sleeping bag and pillow

Please Note:
-Smoking is only permitted OUTSIDE the building (there is a covered patio on lakefront)
-Pets are not permitted in the dwelling
-Premises are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after visits
-Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and return the property in same condition as arrival

BOOKING
A deposit of $500 in cash or Interac e-transfer secures your rental date (first come first served)
Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the rental date
Damage deposit of $1000 is refunded after inspection
Cleaning fee of $250-$400 (full housekeeping and clean up service may apply after your visit depending on how long it takes to clean)
Balance and Damage Deposit in cash or Interac e-transfer due 10 days prior to rental date
