The Sian, next to the Tides is easy to reach from the airports within 14km from Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes) and 33km from Miami(30 minutes). Direct view of both the beach and the intracostal.
Take advantage of the pristine beach of Hollywood or reach to our private pool equipped with lounge chair and shadow spots at your leisure.
The 970 sqft condo is a newly remodeled newly furnished unit in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen with granite counter, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with two Queen size beds. The living room is equipped with leather sofas. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.
You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only matched by high end hotels. There is DVD, USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet, flat screen TV with basic channels ( +30) and IP phone.
In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and laundry on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet if you have your car
