This timeshare includes 10,000 points yearly(equal to at least one week at any of the 4000 resorts worldwide, as well as access to discount travel through one of three other programs. Cruises, flights, etc. New memberships are $5000-$10,000. Asking $2500 + $315 transfer/activation fee. obo
RCI – is a point’s based system where you receive 10,000 points annually and can purchase as many points as you want for $0.02 per point. RCI is the biggest exchange system (timeshare) in the world, they have 4,000 resorts worldwide and you can book them using your points. The nice thing about points is that you are not limited to only booking a week; you can book individual days all the way up to 21 nights for one transaction fee. You can log onto their system at www.rci.com or call them at 1-877-968-7476.
7Across – is another exchange system, however they trade a week for a week. How you would do that is book a week through RCI at Paradise Canyon (recommend November week). Now that you own a physical week at your home resort you can trade it with 7Across and they give you a week that can be booked anytime of the year and is good for 3 years. ICE – is a great program if you are looking to go on a cruise, we signed you up for a 10 year membership with them that you can upgrade to a lifetime membership if you would like to through ICE. Why stay a week when you can stay a whole month? Beautiful newly renovated Condo with King Casper mattress. We are located on Oahu’s Westside in the town of Waianae. The unit is about 45 min from HNL airport. Approximately 12 miles away is the modern master planned community of Kapolei, where all the big box stores are located. Our Condo is right at the waters edge where you can swim in the safe lagoon & snorkel with the local fish and turtles that live there. Spot whales and dolphins from the unit. Explore the miles of beautiful shoreline. There is golfing at Makaha Country Club, Waianae harbor has fishing, diving, site seeing boat tours, lots of hiking trails, and because this is the dry side of the Island, plenty of sunshine. Pearl Harbor, Germaines Luau, fine dining just minutes away. Waikiki beach and Honolulu are about 1 hr drive. The bus system is cheap and goes all over the Island. We do recommend renting a car. We also have our Nissan Sentra available for rent @ $600.00us extra per month if needed.
The complex has 2 pools, bbq grills, weight room & 2 laundry mats. Our unit is on the Penthouse level, which is the top floor of a 4 story building. Though it does have a AWESOME view there is 1 downfall, the elevator only goes to floor 3, so you will have steps. The parking garage is covered and you only have 7 steps to go up from there to get to 4th floor. We have a great cart that rolls over the stairs to make transporting your supplies easier. The Condo comes fully stocked with way more than the normal supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, refrigerator full of condiments, spices, and of course pool and beach chairs, towels, masks,fins, etc. If it’s nightlife and lots of people your after, this is NOT your place. If you wanna hang with the locals and see beautiful beaches and mountains then you will love it. Come to the WESTSIDE and see the Birthplace of Singer Songwriter Israel Kamakawiwo’ole. You will see why he wrote “Aw Makaha what a beautiful place”.

Picturesque lot with brand new 2019 Solitude 5th wheel in the gated community of Outdoor Resort located in Cathedral City (Palm Springs). Just steps away from one of seven satellite pools/hot tubs and tennis court and a three acre citrus orchard ready for the picking.
