Looking for a rent to own or owners finance.

We are a family looking to rent to own or owners finance a house here in Mackenzie. It would need to have a bit of a yard, parking for a trailer or entrance into the backyard to park a trailer, a garage or shop would be a bonus. It can be in need of repairs. My husband has been a contractor carpenter for 20 + years and can handle repairs.
