The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.

Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. The condo and grounds are non-smoking. Electrical plug-ins are 110 V, as in North America. Plumbing in our condo is to North American standards so toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet which is not the norm in Ecuador.
Condo unit comes with a garage so room for a car and storage.
We've successfully run Short-Term-Vacation rentals (through VRBO (#498103), AirBnB and privately) for all years of our ownership. If you are looking to offset home ownership costs, we have a good history, 5-star reviews and repeat vacationers.

It is truly one of the most beautiful and comfortable properties in Maui with a guaranteed ocean view. The suite has every amenity, and if they don't have some item you want or need, you can ask HVC for it. My wife and I cannot travel at that time this year, which is why the suite is available.This advertisement is for a 1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom (sleeps up to 4) in Week 11, Saturday, March 16-23, 2024. The floor level will be between Floors 1 and 4, which is determined by the HVC about 2 weeks before the stay.
