4.62 PERMITTED USES
The intent of the RU-2 zoning district is to accommodate the demand for large-lot rural residential development, provided that an adequate water supply and an adequate sewage disposal system can be constructed in accordance with Provincial regulations.
In the RU-2 District, the following uses and no other uses are permitted:
a) residential use - single family dwelling;
b) day care centre;
c) outdoor recreational facilities; excluding general public use by automobiles, motorcycles, all terrain vehicles or snowmobiles;
d) sale of produce grown on the premises provided the sales area does not exceed 50 square metres;
e) home occupation;
f) greenhouse, plant nursery, horticulture;
g) accessory buildings and uses;
h) storage of equipment and vehicles used for personal business and accessory shops for repair facilities;
i) animal hospital or kennel;
j) bed and breakfast accommodations.The regulations in Section 4.63 to 4.72 of this bylaw in the RU-2 District.
