Located in Sunset Crest/Holetown (west coast of Barbados), the rental property is a cozy, comfortable, clean unit and is a 7 minute walk from the entrance to the public beach (great swimming and excellent for snorkeling - see photo) and one block from the main beach road - Hwy 1 (with regular bus service to and from Bridgetown). The west coast has the calmest swimming waters in Barbados and is the only coast in Barbados where you don't have to worry about seaweeds on the beach. Sunset Crest is in the southern end of the town of Holetown, the 2nd largest town in Barbados (after Bridgetown) and provides all of the advantages that being "in" town has to offer (see more details below).
The condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed and air-conditioning (bedroom only). There is in-house high speed internet/WiFi as well as cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils/dishes, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The sitting\dining room has a very comfortable couch (that converts into a small additional double bed), two separate lounging arm chairs, a ceiling fan, cable TV , DVD player and a CD-AM\FM radio unit. In addition, we have also added a washing machine at the condo (see picture #7) that is a feature rarely found in similar accommodations in the whole Sunset Crest/Holetown area. There are also a variety of books and games in the unit for your additional entertainment.
There's a small breakfast\dining table with four chairs next to the kitchen. The en-suite washroom has a stand-up shower. The front enclosed patio has a table and chairs for lounging as well as a BBQ grill (charcoal) that can be rolled out to the front lawn when in use. There is also a private parking spot in front of the condo (for a rental car, guest parking, etc.).
The condo is immediately next door to Sunset Mall that has a local bank, a large duty free store (previously called Cave Sheppard), as well as other smaller shops. There is also a mini-mall across the street that has a coffee shop (with free WiFi to customers) and other small shops like a hair salon, dry cleaner, etc. . Also, immediately across the street from the condo, there is a local food van (see beginning of YouTube video) that sells lunch from Monday to Friday during the week with local Barbados (Bajan) food such as chicken, pork, fish, etc., and has very reasonable prices that is a nice alternative from the more expensive restaurants in the area.
A pay-as-you go local cell phone is made available for use by guests (use of phone is free, you are only responsible to keep your pay-as-you-go sim card topped up!) that will enable guests to make local and oversea calls (without incurring local roaming charges) and also to receive calls from family and friends from abroad and locally. Guests also get the use of an electronic access card for complimentary access at the local Beach Club swimming pool (8 min walk from condo - see photo). There is also free WiFi at the Beach Club (password provided to guests once a booking is made).
Sandy Lane beach (one of the best beaches in the west coast of Barbados) is an approximate 10-15 minute walk south of the condo. The center of Holetown (the 2nd largest town in Barbados) is a 10 minute walk north from the condo with local services available like a large Massy supermarket, restaurants, clubs, a top notch health clinic and the high end Limegrove Shopping Centre with great upscale shops (Louis Vutton, etc.), a cinema, restaurants, etc.
The condo's location immediately near the beach, shopping, restaurants, 24 hr. medical clinic and Holetown ensure that guests do not have to rent a car while in Barbados if they do not want to do so since everything is essentially within a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.
Low season rates (mid-April to December 14) - US$75.00/night.
High season rates (mid-December to mid-April) - US$99.00/night.

Our lovely villa apartment is located in the beautiful Sea Palms Resort, which is on the seaside in Tower Isle, Jamaica. This is the perfect place to simply relax and unwind! We're close to almost all of the famous tourist attractions, yet our location a short drive east of the town of Ocho Rios is in a very peaceful, secure and serene setting - right on the sea surrounded by expansive manicured lawns, tropical plants and swaying palm trees. Our gated development has its own private white sand beach and large swimming pool, and we also have 24-hour security.
This apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, wall safe, comfortable king-size bed, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen-size bed and the bathroom is adjacent to it. There is a spacious dining area/living room with two ceiling fans, a Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable), and a stereo. The modern kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and panini makers, blender, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc.
You can eat in the dining area or outside on our large covered veranda. Relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, you will enjoy the expansive tropical gardens and sea view. We offer high speed internet, in addition to a telephone which will allow you a short call home to Canada as well as local calls within Jamaica. Since the apartment is on the first floor, you simply walk straight from the veranda to access the pool and beach. Parking is right at your doorstep, and you can walk to several restaurants and a grocery store which are located close by. We are lately known as the "Epicurean Epicenter of Jamaica" since three of the island's finest restaurants are just steps away.
We will rent the villa as either a one bedroom for up to two guests at the rate of US$125 per night, or as a two bedroom for up to four guests at the nightly rate of US$175; holiday surcharges may apply. The minimum rental period is normally for two nights except for holidays where it is three night's minimum. Monthly rates are also available, including winter season! Our housekeeper will cook and clean at an additional charge.

Located in Sunset Crest/Holetown (west coast of Barbados), the rental property is a cozy, comfortable, clean unit and is a 7 minute walk from the entrance to the public beach (great swimming and excellent for snorkeling - see photo) and one block from the main beach road - Hwy 1 (with regular bus service to and from Bridgetown). The west coast has the calmest swimming waters in Barbados and is the only coast in Barbados where you don't have to worry about seaweed on the beach. Sunset Crest is in the southern end of the town of Holetown, the 2nd largest town in Barbados (after Bridgetown) and provides all of the advantages that being "in" town has to offer (see more details below).
The condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed and air-conditioning (bedroom only). There is in-house high speed internet/WiFi as well as cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils/dishes, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The sitting\dining room has a very comfortable couch (that converts into a small additional double bed), two separate lounging arm chairs, a ceiling fan, cable TV , DVD player and a CD-AM\FM radio unit. In addition, we have also added a washing machine at the condo (see picture #7) that is a feature rarely found in similar accommodations in the whole Sunset Crest/Holetown area. There are also a variety of books and games in the unit for your additional entertainment.
There's a small breakfast\dining table with four chairs next to the kitchen. The en-suite washroom has a stand-up shower. The front enclosed patio has a table and chairs for lounging as well as a BBQ grill (charcoal) that can be rolled out to the front lawn when in use. There is also a private parking spot in front of the condo (for a rental car, guest parking, etc.).
The condo is immediately next door to Sunset Mall that has a local bank, a large duty free store (Cave Sheppard), as well as other smaller shops. There is also a mini-mall across the street that has an Italian coffee shop, local hair dresser, etc .
A pay-as-you go local cell phone is made available for use by guests (use of phone is free, you are only responsible to keep your pay-as-you-go sim card topped up!) that will enable guests to make local and oversea calls (without incurring local roaming charges) and also to receive calls from family and friends from abroad and locally. Guests also get the use of an electronic access card for complimentary access at the local Beach Club swimming pool (8 min walk from condo - see photo). There is also free WiFi at the Beach Club (password provided to guests once a booking is made).
Sandy Lane beach (one of the best beaches in the west coast of Barbados) is an approximate 10-15 minute walk south of the condo. Located in Sunset Crest/Holetown (west coast of Barbados), the rental property is a cozy, comfortable, clean unit and is a 7 minute walk from the entrance to the public beach (great swimming and excellent for snorkeling - see photo) and one block from the main beach road - Hwy 1 (with regular bus service to and from Bridgetown). The west coast has the calmest swimming waters in Barbados and is the only coast in Barbados where you don't have to worry about seaweed on the beach. Sunset Crest is in the southern end of the town of Holetown, the 2nd largest town in Barbados (after Bridgetown) and provides all of the advantages that being "in" town has to offer (see more details below).
The condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed and air-conditioning (bedroom only). There is in-house high speed internet/WiFi as well as cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils/dishes, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The sitting\dining room has a very comfortable couch (that converts into a small additional double bed), two separate lounging arm chairs, a ceiling fan, cable TV , DVD player and a CD-AM\FM radio unit. In addition, we have also added a washing machine at the condo (see picture #7) that is a feature rarely found in similar accommodations in the whole Sunset Crest/Holetown area. There are also a variety of books and games in the unit for your additional entertainment.
There's a small breakfast\dining table with four chairs next to the kitchen. The en-suite washroom has a stand-up shower. The front enclosed patio has a table and chairs for lounging as well as a BBQ grill (charcoal) that can be rolled out to the front lawn when in use. There is also a private parking spot in front of the condo (for a rental car, guest parking, etc.).
The condo is immediately next door to Sunset Mall that has a local bank, a large duty free store (Cave Sheppard), as well as other smaller shops. There is also a mini-mall across the street that has an Italian coffee shop, local hair dresser, etc .
A pay-as-you go local cell phone is made available for use by guests (use of phone is free, you are only responsible to keep your pay-as-you-go sim card topped up!) that will enable guests to make local and oversea calls (without incurring local roaming charges) and also to receive calls from family and friends from abroad and locally. Guests also get the use of an electronic access card for complimentary access at the local Beach Club swimming pool (8 min walk from condo - see photo). There is also free WiFi at the Beach Club (password provided to guests once a booking is made).
Sandy Lane beach (one of the best beaches in the west coast of Barbados) is an approximate 10-15 minute walk south of the condo. The center of Holetown (the 2nd largest town in Barbados) is a 10 minute walk north from the condo with local services available like a large (brand new) supermarket, restaurants, clubs, a top notch health clinic and the high end Limegrove Shopping Centre with great upscale shops (Louis Vutton, etc.), a new cinema, restaurants, etc.
The condo's location immediately near the beach, shopping, restaurants, 24 hr. medical clinic and Holetown ensure that guests do not have to rent a car while in Barbados if they do not want to do so since everything is essentially within a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.

Our lovely villa apartment is located in the beautiful Sea Palms Resort, which is on the seaside in Tower Isle, Jamaica. This is the perfect place to simply relax and unwind! We're close to almost all of the famous tourist attractions, yet our location a short drive east of the town of Ocho Rios is in a very peaceful, secure and serene setting - right on the sea surrounded by expansive manicured lawns, tropical plants and swaying palm trees. Our gated development has its own private white sand beach and large swimming pool, and we also have 24-hour security.
This apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, wall safe, comfortable king-size bed, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen-size bed and the bathroom is adjacent to it. There is a spacious dining area/living room with two ceiling fans, a Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable), and a stereo. The modern kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and panini makers, blender, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc.
You can eat in the dining area or outside on our large covered veranda. Relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, you will enjoy the expansive tropical gardens and sea view. We offer high speed internet, in addition to a telephone which will allow you a short call home to Canada as well as local calls within Jamaica. Since the apartment is on the first floor, you simply walk straight from the veranda to access the pool and beach. Parking is right at your doorstep, and you can walk to several restaurants and a grocery store which are located close by. We are lately known as the "Epicurean Epicenter of Jamaica" since three of the island's finest restaurants are just steps away.
We will rent the villa as either a one bedroom for up to two guests at the rate of US$125 per night, or as a two bedroom for up to four guests at the nightly rate of US$175; holiday surcharges may apply. The minimum rental period is normally for two nights except for holidays where it is three night's minimum. Monthly rates are also available, including winter season! Our housekeeper will cook and clean at an additional charge.
