Need help with a simulation

I need someone to help access (digital-hack) myself for a simulation to have a conversation with people in order to return to the Ontario I am from. I am a secondary school graduate who's pre-paid device was commandeered by my ex-wife stolen and now kept hidden or is M.I.A. . And currently I can't access Craigslist. Please help me.
The ad is using my old address from elementary school years.
