Trauma and Dissociation Survey

We're launching a survey and need your input! If you're 18+ years of age, live or frequent the Niagara Region, and dissociation impacts your daily life - we want to hear from you! The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on the possibility of an in-person support group for people with Dissociative Experiences and Adaptations in the Niagara Region. You can access the survey via the link in our profile. We will also post it in the comments and in our facebook group and page. Still having issues accessing the survey?
