Here’s the thing. ------>What does exercising/ working out ACTUALLY do for someone?
1. Being committed to a goal simply by showing up builds self confidence (The confidence WITHIN that needs nothing outside to keep them shining)as they honor their integrity.
2. Reviewing their progress on a weekly/monthly basis builds more Self confidence & true happiness knowing “What I put time in creates/progresses to the results I want in life”
3. When you’re in session, you are able to shut the entire world out.. And FOCUS. So here’s what happens:
All your problems/challenges in life seem to vanish or don’t matter in those moments. Your ability to FOCUS is enhanced every time you work this mind-muscle-connection, with the ability to redirect this to completing the deep work in your field to achieve your financial/life goals. While in & Once you’re finished your session, the peak of your testosterone, & 3 main endorphins released trigger you to “Feel fantastic”, & you’re able to solve existing challenges in a more concise/easier manner with a clear solution. Or you just stop Giving a **** about them.
4. You progressively sculpt your body to what you want. Whether that’s losing fat (weight) , building muscle, or both. Which feels powerful knowing you’re disciplined, and excitement when you see the results after several months of working. And let’s be REAL- every single human on this planet wants to feel good about their 1 body they have in this 1 life they have.
5. You show up to the world as an example of discipline, commitment, & self confidence from your energy, and new-created-body. Even if you’re not quite at the end goal, your Aura will radiate your happiness & everything mentioned above, and you’ll notice people gravitating towards you, plus things just start clicking for you.
6. When you do something physically challenging, all mental challenges (life Or work problems) seem much easier to conquer. (When your mind can refer back to the time you were challenged in the gym, and you found a WAY to succeed, your mind will know you can do the exact same thing with any challenge in life)
You can expand this 2 notches further by setting a gym goal, and surpassing that boundary. “Whether it’s an inch or a mile, winning is winning”- (Vin Diesel). And that feeling when you surpass boundaries has you feeling like you can conquer the world, AKA achieve whatever it is you want.
So for all you going through tough/low times: I understand. Truly I do, probably more than anyone you know.
(I’ve been on the side of the coin dealing with feeling low/tough times & not exercising >>to then working out in the same circumstances. And guess what, life gets better as soon as you make a goal and take the first step. It is literally that easy.)
However.. if you’ve never done one of the most self-Gratifying & Enjoyable things in the world..
Which is identifying your body goal, and just getting started on it, you’ll never know what it feels like to experience everything mentioned above, or solve those low vibrational feelings. All of those feelings vanish faster when you workout/exercise. All of them. So if you ever wonder why folks who are “Fit” are so happy/vibrant, now you know.
WHAT CAN YOU DO? ---> Become resourceful. Identify without thought..just write what you want, and begin.
