Construction Manager
We are searching for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our ongoing projects, located primarily in downtown Niagara Falls, Ontario.
You have proven experience completing residential conversion projects. You are experienced in bidding, coordinating, and overseeing subcontractors during installation.
You are very organized and can manage the entire lifecycle of a conversion project, from pre-construction estimating, to close-out. You are committed to resourceful project cost management to ensure project to the very best project is delivered at the lowest possible cost.

As a fulltime lead role expect to earn $40 per hour plus bonus.
