Looking for female or male students to rent a room in a co-ed student home. There are 4 rooms available in total: 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms in the basement of a bungalow located in Thorold, ON. The home has two full bathrooms, with one upstairs and one downstairs, both shared among students. Washer and dryer in the basement.
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is shared by all tenants, with a second fridge located in the basement. Shared common areas include the main floor living/dining room, a basement rec room, and a laundry room. The property also includes a small backyard and side yard with a shed and picnic table.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, with free street parking as well. Brock University is a 10-minute bus ride away, with a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Rent includes Wi-Fi and all utilities.
