OCEANFRONT CONDO FOR RENT IN HAWAII!

One week for rent at the Hawaiian Princess Resort @ Makaha on the beautiful Waianae coast on West Oahu. Condo is situated directly on the beach and offers full ocean front view. Watch sea turtles, whales and dolphins from your private lanais as well as the beautiful sunsets. Condo is situated in a 16 storey building. Building & premises are gated and features on-site security 24/7. The condo is a one-bedroom with queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed. The unit comes fully furnished with a full kitchen (full sized fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. The unit size is approximately 650 sq. ft. and accommodates a maximum of 4 people (due to insurance purposes). Other amenities are central air conditioning, in-room safe, tennis court, pool, hot tub, ground floor BBQ's, two televisions (1 in living room, one in bedroom), free WIFI throughout as well as free long-distance telephone calls via land line to anywhere in Canada and the US. There is no cleaning fee charged. The only other fee is the Hawaiian Transient Tax and a surcharge for electricity which is very expensive. Total for these two fees is approximately $65.00 USD and is charged directly by the resort at the end of each week. The week that is available is September 16 to September 23, 2023. This is a fixed week and cannot be changed. The price is $1,500.00 Canadian funds.
