Beer Sales Representative
Description
Job Description:We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! WHO WE ARE: At Ninepenny Brewing we aim to combine the creativity and passion of traditional craft brewing recipes and flavours with modern brewing techniques, and top quality production. We have been brewing, operating, and distributing our beer in our location at 75 Conception Bay Highway, CBS, NL since February 2019. Responsibilities: * Achieve sales volume, and revenue targets * Establish business relationships with customers * Advise/provide recommendations regarding Ninepenny Brewing Products, Promotions and Sales opportunities * Work with customers to develop account plans and priorities * hold regular business reviews with with customers to discuss product performance and and adjust/revise targets as required * follow up on all service related issues and opportunities in a thorough and timely manner * establish customer loyalty and retention by responding to customers enquires quickly and respectfully * review Sales data and identify opportunities * Maintain merchandising standards and work to influence space allotments and Product visibility/ accessibility based on sales * maintain customer information and sales in customer relationship management software * manage accounts receivable duties, including collections, billing, applying payments received and ensuring accounts are always aligned with payment terms * Participate in team meetings and provide management with detailed sales and accounts receivable reports and performance vs targets * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Input sales orders into ordering system * Manage inventory to ensure all orders are maximized * Prospect and contact potential customers * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest products, programs and developments * Create sales material to present to customers * May be required to assist with Local based deliveries Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong phone prescience * Data entry and attention to detail * Strong problem solving skills and initiative to adapt and overcome in the face of adversity * Outstanding time management skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is an asset * Experience in accounts receivable and accounting programs an asset * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Job ID: 13241146
