live-in superintendent begins with a 3 month part-time helpler

A seniors' apartment building close to Village Mall is seeking an on-site resident manager (live-in superintendent) with free accommodation. The position begins with a three-month part-time Maintenance Helper role (No Accommodation Offered) at $18 per hour.
Upon satisfactory review of your performance, this part-time role will lead to a full-time on-site resident manager (live-in superintendent) position, with free accommodation and a competitive wage.
Responsibilities for the part-time role:
• Operate vacuum and carpet cleaning machines to remove scraps and dirt
• Remove snow from walkways and two entrances with a shovel and snowblower once the snow has stopped
• Clean windows, glass doors, interior walls
• Perform other simple tasks as instructed
Qualifications:
• Provide a criminal record check
• Own transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
