Site Supervisor Assistant/Back Framer

Finoro Homes is a quality medium sized home builder with current projects in Elmira and Harriston. We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor Assistant/Back Framer. We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong working individual who can assist our site supervisor in various duties on our job sites.
Responsibilities include: Back Framing, setting windows, shimming & planning, use of small tools & other odd jobs.
You should have the following attributes:
- Be physically fit, as physical work is involved.
- Be able to work well in a dynamic team environment
- Be dependable
- Have a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Codes is a requirement
- Health & Safety Training is an asset but we are willing to provide training
- MUST have your own vehicle and small tools and be willing to travel between job sites
Salary rates will be negotiable by experience.
