200 Britannia Street currently has 1-bedroom units available for occupancy in June 2023. This is a new build (2023) located in an ideal neighborhood close to amenities, bus stop and walking distance to Stratford's historic downtown.
Included in the rent: Fridge, stove, modern finishes, central air conditioning, water charges, one parking spot, bike lockers, secured fob entry, laundry facilities and scooter storage in building.
Not included in the rent: Hydro charges, telephone or internet services, required tenant insurance.
Please note there is no balcony, unit and building are smoke free and there is a maximum of two pets. Unit is carpet free.
Applicants will need to meet the income and asset limits as the unit is being offered in an Affordable Housing Project as outlined below:
Gross Annual Household Income Limit
One-bedroom Min $33,960 - Max $47,568
Asset Limit
The maximum asset limit for seniors is $200,000
The maximum asset limit for all others is $100,000
Applicants are to return their application along with proof of income, Form 306-Asset Review Form completed by their financial/banking institution to City Hall Annex at 82 Erie St, Stratford or email the completed application to britannia@stratford.ca.

Please note the unit will be offered on a first come, first served basis to the household whose application is deemed to be both complete and eligible. Applicants will also undergo a landlord and credit check as part of the application process.
