The following encumbrances will remain on the land following the sale:

4781LH 11/02/1959 Restrictive Covenant.
The land is being offered for sale, as is, where is, on possession. Prospective purchasers ARE NOT entitled to inspect the property and MUST NOT disturb the Occupants of the property.

The next hearing in this action will be held on June 20, 2023 at the courthouse located at the Calgary Courts Centre at 9th Floor North Tower, at 601 - 5th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta T2P 5P7 at 10:00 A.M. or so soon thereafter as counsel for the plaintiff may be heard, at which time the plaintiff may apply for a foreclosure order, an order for sale to plaintiff, an order accepting any tender received, and /or an order rejecting any tender received.
If your Tender is being sought to be accepted, you will be notified of the date and time when the Court will consider your tender. If your tender is accepted and you do not complete the purchase by the closing date listed in the Court Order, your deposit will be forfeited.
