Come in from cross country skiing (or a long walk in the back 40 acres which connect to an endless wilderness and riparian areas) and remove your winter clothes in the basement. In the fall, bring in your garden harvest, you can even preserve it in the canning-kitchen and store it in the cold room and huge walk in pantry. We have city water which is trucked into two large cisterns (one for each house) and share property -wide wifi and security system costs.

The owner lives onsite in a 2nd house so looking for people that enjoy the countryside as much as I do. I have some interesting projects happening on the farm, possibly you can bring in some additional ones. I am willing to negotiate the rental rates for the first few months if you are willing to participate in the minor upgrades.
