DS Assembly Pro
We’re a long‑time drummer/guitarist duo looking to add a lead guitarist and a bassist to our heavy project. We’re almost ready to record, and we’d love to bring in a couple of humans who can help us play this thing before our backs give out.
About us:
Two middle‑aged metalheads who refuse to age gracefully. We still love blast beats, trem‑picking, and riffs that make chiropractors nervous. We’re dedicated, easygoing, and we take the music seriously — just not ourselves.
Our sound:
Mostly rooted in melodic death metal and metalcore/deathcore, but we wander into brutal death, black metal, hardcore, groove, prog, nu metal, industrial, djent, thrash, and traditional metal. Basically, if it scares your neighbours, we probably like it.
Who we’re looking for:
- A guitarist who can take the lead role and harmonize
- A bassist
- 18+ with your own gear
- Someone reliable, creative, and fun to hang with
- No egos — we left ours in the 2000s
You don’t need to be a virtuoso. If you’re passionate, willing to learn, and can handle jokes about aging joints and questionable band names, you’ll fit right in. If you’re still learning, I’m happy to teach — we care more about chemistry than perfection.
