Bought this lovley girl back in April with another curly she grew up with, no fault of her own I don’t have the expenses to keep her anymore due to recent lay off..
Very very loving and SMART.. sometimes to her advantage. She is a big girl 16hh and chunky. She is 19/20 years old but still spunky.
Good with farrier, halter broke, does get a little ansiy when tied, baths, load and trailers good, walk/trot, sometimes canter when she’s not lazy, throws the odd buck when cantering but nothing you can’t sit. Top of the pecking order and won’t put up with bs.
She was being ridden weekly from April up until the fall/winter (my fault completely). Fine with tacking up however sensitive with the cinch, and sometimes sensitive with her back legs.
She was blanketed a couple times during the winter in the -40 but doesn’t really need it with her fur. Outside 24/7 with opportunities to 2 different lean twos. Gets mid allergies and coughing in the spring with the dryness and due to low quality hay, nothing you can’t fix with some mid supplements.
Shes the type of horse that needs weekly work and she will get where you want her to be, just have to let her know who’s the boss. Shes a lovely cuddly girl, scratch her ears and just hangout and she will stay with you the whole time, absolute cuddle bug.
Wanting her to go to a home where she can get the consistent work to live up to her chunky strong potential or just a retirement home. (She prefers having a boyfriend for company)
Comes with blanket if needed, brushes, hackmore, saddle pad, etc..
