It can be difficult to stand out from the pack when some online job postings have hundreds of applicants. Let’s get your resume noticed with succinct, powerful writing and eye-catching formatting!
For all our resume writing services, we work with you 1:1 to fully understand your career goals and objectives. We’ll then work together (either by Skype, Zoom, or telephone) to go much deeper into your existing resume (if you have one, or just into your background if you don’t). We’ll then work together to craft an outstanding resume until you are absolutely happy. This process is highly collaborative, and usually takes an initial phone call of 15-30 minutes, an in-depth interview / exploratory session of around 45 minutes to an hour, and then a final session of 15-30 minutes.
Resume fees are based on the number of years you have been in the workforce and your management level.

Resume Critique & Strategy Session:
A one-hour Zoom strategy session where I give tailored advice to improve your resume. You send me your resume before we meet. I mark up your document and give specific and targeted feedback during our session. We talk through strategies to help you get noticed and we work through any obstacles you may have. I make rewriting and reformatting suggestions that you can take and incorporate into your document.

Step 2: You’ll complete your customized questionnaire, and we’ll meet for a Discovery Session to uncover critical achievements, results, and competencies.
Step 3: You’ll receive the first draft for your review within 5-7 business days.
Step 4: You’ll receive final copies via e-mail in Word and PDF formats.
INTERVIEW COACHING SERVICES:
Coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. I'll help you gain an advantage over other candidates through practice. We'll also address industry-specific questions and those sticky questions that you may be afraid of being asked. Have you stumbled in the past? We’ll talk it through and get to the heart of how you can improve. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and you are welcome to record for playback. You’ll receive customized notes with specific feedback and tips following your session.
60-Minute Interview Coaching/Mock Interview Session:
This session is best for when you have an interview scheduled and need help quickly. During this 60-minute session, we will spend the first few minutes on strengths, limitations, and prior interview hang-ups. The remaining time will be used for a mock interview.
