Production Support/ Order Assembly
Description
Randstad is now in need of production staff for a local growing business in the Sidney area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flourishing company in the health conscious food industry.
• Location Sidney - car is ideal
• Starting date ASAP
• Open to part-time or full time
• Temporary position but could go permanent for the right person!
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm, or 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities
• Un-packing of ingredients
• Blending of ingredients
• Be able to lift 25kg of equipment and product
• Assembling products
• Handling raw materials and finished goods
• Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and recipes;
• Complete batch and inventory tracking/accounting;
• Verify and report on ingredient quality against established standards;
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to meet recipe specifications; Operate blending machine and other equipment safely;
• Follow lockout procedures when equipment is not in use or being cleaned;
• Bulk package completed spice blends prior to storage Maintain cleanliness of work area;
• Clean equipment and complete all associated logs & forms;
• Complete all internal and regulatory paperwork accurately;
Qualifications
• Physical fitness and able to handle a fast pace environment
• Great attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Good communications skills
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Must have steel-toed safety boots
