Clean 85 Ford 12V Cummins swap 4x4, 8 speed, $40k+worth invested

Quite a unique build.
85 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat 4x4, was 6.9 diesel, but now 12V P Pump Cummins & 4r100 transmission(7.3 Powerstroke) with 2 speed Gear Vendors.

LOTS invested in this old truck.

- Ultra 20" wheels with AMP Mud Terrain Attack 305/55 33" to be negotiated ($3,600+). Comes with 16" Ultra wheels with factory Ford hubcaps.
May negotiate 18" Ram 2500, Denali 20", SLT 18" set, etc. Lots of wheel/tire options.

…& lots more. Likely over $40,000 worth invested. Runs & drives well. Cruise, AC, & heat all work.
Floor shift 4x4 works great. Locking hubs.

Truck barely runs over 1,000 RPM on the highway on Gear Vendors overdrive. Up to 25 MPG(though my cost to run is 100 MPG+/- on waste oil).

Engine is capable of much more but set low around 300 HP(plenty power & torque).

Not perfect, not new, not a show truck. Near 40 years old, & not restored by Gotham Garage or the like. If it was, the investment value would likely be a lot closer to $100,000, & price would be higher. Pretty regular driver, & mostly highway miles.
Antique SK plates ($15/month).

These are only increasing in value, even without the swap.

No rush to sell. It's unique, practical, & saves us $5-10,000 a year on insurance & fuel.
Can run on waste/used oil(any, doesn't matter). We burn mostly veg oil. 80%+ fires up just fine without being plugged in at negative temperatures.
Lots of people do it worldwide.
