Cummins swap Lil Red Express/Warlock tribute SCSB 4x4 Ram 1500!

Likely won't ever see another one of these...
This is a very unique, custom truck. Already rare, single cab, short bed, Ram 1500 Sport 4x4(would likely be worth around $10,000 on it's own) with a 78/79 Little Red Express bed & dual chrome stacks, only this time with a 12V P Pump Cummins diesel. Complete driveline swap, including engine, transmission, transfer case, axles/differentials, suspension, interior, etc from a 96 Ram 2500, everything to make it appear factory was all done(in 2001, I believe) when the truck was nearly new. Basically functions like a stock, factory Ram 2500 Cummins.
The swap work alone without the bed & such custom work was the equivalent of $40,000 or so at that time(more on that later), & we've done lots of work since we bought it.
Some work done includes (estimate value)...
- Upgraded/built transmission & parts($3,000, details unknown), freshly serviced with synthetic fluid & new filter($200)
- Ultra Motorsports 164 Polished wheels with new 35" 315 75 16 Yokohama tires($3,000. May negotiate from multiple other sets of wheels and tires, from stock 17s to 20s)
- Brake pads, shoes, rotors, and calipers($1,000)
- Front wheel bearing/hub assemblies($1,000)
- Wheel alignment & necessary parts($200)
- Front & rear shocks ($800)
- New rear differential pinion seal ($250)
- New fuel shutoff solenoid ($150)
- Cold air intake ($300)
- Exhaust/stacks ($1,000)
- 4k PacBrake governor springs with upgraded 60lb valve springs & new valve cover gaskets ($500)
- 4 Blazer 2000 Lumen LED pods in front bumper ($300)
- Bluetooth/USB stereo(May negotiate 10" Android touchscreen radio with back up cam, basically a tablet)
- Wireless charging phone mount with USB port ($50)
- CounterAct electronic rust inhibitor/protection ($300)
...& whatever I'm missing(to the best of my knowledge).
Truck runs excellent & drives well.
Keep in mind, the truck is 20+years old. Wish I could say I owned it since the swap & it's mint, but I cannot. It was a daily driver, & the swap was done over 20 years ago, so it shows about how many used trucks of this age show. Yes, it has rust. May be repaired soon, but price will go up.
True mileage is unknown, as the cluster was changed, but likely significantly less than the 400k+ on odometer.
I am technically the 4th owner, & know a bit of history back to original owner, & have connections.
Very cool truck, but, again, could use some cosmetic work & restoration, as is to be expected.
Can be run on filtered waste oil(vegetable, engine, transmission, hydraulic, just about any oil). We save between $5,000-$10,000 a year doing this.

Obviously in no rush to sell, & happy to keep it. We love it, & it draws attention everywhere. I know we couldn't replace it.
