WHO WE ARE:
JSP Farms is a progressive and innovative family farming operation with modern farming equipment and technology located in Southwest Saskatchewan near Frontier. The farm team prioritizes safety, fun, hard work, and innovation. The farm manager values excellent work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Our mission is to focus on sustainable grain production on the Canadian prairies. Utilizing modern farming equipment and technology, we grow oilseeds, lentils, and durum wheat.

WHO YOU ARE:
You have extensive experience operating modern agricultural machinery and ideally, a Class 1A licence (though not required). You are able to perform basic maintenance on tractors, augers, air seeders, harrows, pumps, sprayers, swathers, semis, combines, grain cart, and grain vacuum. You are comfortable cleaning bins, mowing grass, spraying weeds around yard sites, and following instructions. You have a positive attitude, are dependable, confident enough to work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team, and effectively take direction from leadership.
OTHER DETAILS:
• A valid driver’s licence is required. Abstract may be requested.
• Class 1A licence is not required but is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, be able to lift 50lbs, be able to reach and bend, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
