• A water well powered by Saskpower was drilled in 2017 on SE 27-07-20 W3M and a pipeline provides water to the N 1/2 26-07-20 W3M.
• Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Submit bids to the undersigned law firm on or before 4:30 p.m. local time, Friday, February 21st, 2020.
• No tenders shall be accepted which are subject to financing.
• Bidders will not be called together following the submission of bids.
• Bids shall include a certified cheque in the amount of 5% of the bid amount payable to Anderson and Company as a deposit on the bid amount.
• Tenders may be for a portion or all of the lands.
• The NE 26-07-20 and SE 27-07-20 encompass 3 Crescent Point leases with total lease revenue in the amount of $7,100.00 per year. Bids should be specific as to surface leases being included or not and if leases are included a breakdown of the value being given to the land and to the leases. If leases are included, lease payments will not be adjusted.
• Persons submitting a tender must rely on their own research and inspection of the property to confirm condition, other particulars and acreage.
• The closing date of the sale following receipt of bids shall be March 20th, 2020.
