Looking for a respectful, clean roommate to share a townhouse in Ingram starting August 1.
The home has lots of shared space, including a downstairs living room and kitchen, plus an upstairs third bedroom set up as an office / lounge area.
There is storage space available in the garage (see photo of shelving).
Additionally there is storage in the crawl space and under stairs cubby. Upstairs next to your room, there are two more unused closets for clothing or boxes.
The room is a good size, furnished with a bed and dressers (removable if not needed), and has a large closet and lots of sunlight. You will have your own full bathroom upstairs.
The home vibe is quiet and considerate, best suited for working professionals.
Close to beautiful walking trails along the cliff and very good access to ski and bike trails on Mt Mcyntire.
