Large 8900 square-foot lot, with a clear 2000 square-foot laneway that is over 23 feet wide. It has a nice grouping of trees and is partially landscaped. It is fully enclosed with a custom craftsman fence and has a nice view of Haeckel Hill. It is on a very quiet street and how the lot is positioned makes it very private. I have multiple spec plans that work nicely on this lot, and also a custom drawing that would be beauty. This is something I’m working towards getting developed and will be build to suit construction.
