Tiny Home for Sale – aka “Your Escape From People”
Description
If you’ve spent any time in the Yukon, you already know—building takes forever, materials are expensive, and winter doesn’t wait.
This is your shortcut.
We built this 25ft x 10ft tiny home from a converted tractor trailer, and it’s ready for its next adventure (or hermit era—no judgment).
✨ The good stuff:
• Fully insulated (R20 walls & ceiling + spray foam + insulated floors) = warm, cozy, and zero regrets in winter
• Propane furnace that runs without power (yes, you’ll survive the apocalypse)
• Wired for electricity with pot lights & plugs (I have brand new lights to be installed - but that’s not a pink job )
• Triple-pane front window = lots of natural light without the Yukon chill
• Clean laminate flooring throughout
• Shiplap accent wall for that “I watch HGTV” aesthetic
• Open concept = YOU decide what it becomes (studio, bunkie, workshop, hunting cabin, she-shed, man-cave… midlife crisis headquarters?)
No water hooked up—blank slate for whatever setup you want.
️ A few honest notes:
• Interior trim is mostly done (can be finished if wanted)
• Exterior isn’t winning beauty contests… but give it some paint and suddenly it’s Pinterest-worthy
• The paint job… let’s just say it adds character Easy fix if you’re pickier than us
Bottom line: it’s cute, it’s warm, it’s dry and let’s be real — this saves you a ton of time, materials, and headaches.
$15,000 OBO (make an offer—that’s about what we put into it)
Message me if you want to come check it out or start your tiny home era ✨
THERE IS NO BATHROOM - THE AD MADE ME PICK 1 (no option for 0).
