• Visibility from high-traffic, with hundreds of customers through the building daily
The space offers flexibility and is well-suited for a variety of business types that contribute positively to the local community and overall environment of the building.
Lease details:
• $2,000/month for the 500 sq ft space with private bathroom
• Some utilities included (internet, water, 24-hour security monitoring), heat/air conditioning and electricity would be pro-rated on space and needs
• Opportunity to expand space at an adjusted rate
• Preferred lease term of 2 years to start
