looking for a long term rent

Hi Whitehorse property owners! I’m currently looking for a private room to rent in Whitehorse.
A little about me:
• Quiet, clean, and respectful
• Active lifestyle(cycling / running)
• Stable routine and responsible with rent
I’m an international student who recently completed my studies and am currently staying in school housing. My lease ends on August 22, so I’m looking for a new place around that time.
What I’m looking for:
• Clean and comfortable environment
• Private room (preferably not in a basement)
• Enough space for a Queen-size bed
• A functional kitchen, since I cook regularly
• Some storage space for personal belongings (6 suitcases and 4 winter tires)
I’m hoping to find a place that’s a good long-term fit. I’m open to different areas in Whitehorse if the room and living situation are a good match.
I understand it can sometimes be more difficult for international students to find housing, but I can provide credit history, or other documents if needed.
I’ve lived in different cultural environments for many years and value respectful, straightforward communication and a peaceful living environment.
