This large, furnished master bedroom is very spacious, bright and has 2 closets. The bedroom is large enough to also serve as a home office or second living room. The house is a 7 year old 2-bedroom duplex in Whistle Bend. The house is located on a quiet street and has some of the best views in the neighbourhood. It has a large open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, large deck and backyard with barbecue and firepit.

Rent is $1,250 plus half of electricity. Rent includes Internet and driveway parking spot with plug in. The room is fully furnished and has everything you need.

Available July 1. Month to month rent, but long-term tenant preferred. My home is an inclusive space, but no pets, drugs or smoking. References required.

I’m an active female and I spend a lot of time outside in summer and winter. I spend a lot of time in my garden in summer, play music, like to cook, or read a good book when I’m home.
