Personal assistant:
• Handling personal agenda & appointments
• Corporate admin & research
• Travel booking and management
• Pre-travel and post-travel tasks and assistance
• Handling correspondence and monitoring email
• Manage email inbox and calendar management and organize tasks
• Handle invoicing and accounts payable payments in timely manner
• Shipping and Handling of mail and packages
• Assist in day to day administrative tasks
• Running various personal errands as need
• Accompanying on business trip as needed
• Providing transportation as needed
Home management:
• General household shopping and errands
• Organization initiatives around the house, such as pantry and closet organization
• Managing maintenance issues and external contractors (including renovations)
• Light housekeeping (i.e., tidying of home, garbage/recycling)
• Performing small landscaping tasks
• Answering the phone and the door
• Managing and monitoring all household inventories and deliveries
• General administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and updating house calendar
• Planning diners and events (including wine pairing)
• Grocery shopping
• Cooking (experienced chef, can adapt to special needs)
Family management:
• Preparing and driving the children to school, camp and/or other extracurricular activities.
• Ensuring the proper clothing/gear is prepared and packed, as needed.
• Preparing the children’s breakfast and other snacks as needed
• Being responsible for children’s varying lifestyle needs (i.e., purchase clothing, other errands)
• Planning trips and vacations
• Accompanying the family on vacations
• Ensuring the house pets are fed, walked and cared for
