Remote northern Manitoba cabin

Time to get away from COVID and the other world stresses. Remote cabin in northern Manitoba, north of Thompson, with great fishing and lots of wildlife around to de-stress with. One other cabin on opposite side of lake and no other human for 100 miles. Only floatplane or ski plane accessible- please don’t ask otherwise. Not possible to cut a trail that far or get there any other means. Log cabin on piles with running water and indoor plumbing, main bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and loft. Propane fridge, stove, and freezer. Wood stove. Guest cabin has two bunk beds, futon, and propane heater. Satellite and 600watt solar system. Work shop with tools and supplies for repairs. water pump. 2 aluminium boats, 1 fibreglass, and 2 small personal pontoon boats. 2 generators.
Absolute quiet and peaceful. Annual lease as with most properties now in northern Manitoba. Would consider interesting trades.
