I am looking for an individual with a specific temperament who is in need of a place. I can offer the place for free rent but in exchange would need some work done. The building has many social issues so someone who can keep unwanted people out of halls and help with cleaning. This person would need to have police attend to deal with trespassers. The building is 20 units and 6 or so are vacant and will remain vacant for now. The social issues are the toughest part to deal with but if you can deal with that then your bills will be next to zero. Reasonable credit, rental history, background check required.
