2 minute walk to Sunnyside Beachbar which is open year round with incredible food, drinks & service / VLT’s. 5 minute walk to the lake where you can enjoy snowshoeing & ice-fishing and close to professionally groomed snowmobile trails. 5 minute drive to LakeCountry CO-OP at Ambrose which is a year round one stop grocery, off-sale, gas, & cannabis retailer. 25 minute drive to Elk Ridge Resort, 30 minute drive to Prince Albert National Park (Waskesiu).
