The Northeastern Catholic District School Board (NCDSB) is the product of the coming together of regions, of boards, of schools, and of people from Catholic Communities throughout Northeastern Ontario.
The Board serves communities within the Districts of Cochrane, Timiskaming, Nipissing, and Moosonee. Each region has its own roots, and in fact, had its own separate school board at one time, operating with both English and French language sections.
Currently, we have 12 elementary schools 1 secondary school, and an Adult Continuing Education Centre.
About the Opportunity
NCDSB currently has openings for Teachers (various positions) to join our team in multiple locations across Northeastern Ontario, starting in September 2023. Our school division includes classrooms from primary to intermediate; you can learn more about our different schools through this link.

About You
In order to qualify as a teacher, you must be registered with the Ontario College of Teachers. Alternatively, a valid Canadian Teaching Certificate, or being eligible to obtain one, would be a strong asset. The Board is also accepting applications from uncertified candidates who have experience working in a classroom setting or with youth (social work, childcare, day camps, or coaching).

About You
