A 24-year-old mother of three, and my partner, are looking for a place to rent. I currently rent from my parents, and my partner, who works full-time as an ordinary seaman on cargo ships, lives in St. Catharines. We are looking for a place in the Trent Hills/Campbellford region. I have viewed a couple places , and I sadly don't feel like the landlords take me seriously. Landlords will often get back to me the next day and say a close friend ended up wanting the place (which I totally understand). But I am just looking for a decent place for me and my kids and partner when he is not away working. I would really like to find a place soon. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
