Clean and quiet mom of 6 (5 boys, 1 girl ) seeking a long term rental. Price range of going up to $3200 plus utilities looking for 4-5 bdrm but a three bedroom with a full basement would be suffice finished or unfinished- as long as I could put the older boys there to share the space.
we are looking for somewhere to call home for a long time! Somewhere safe, comfortable and where my kids can grow up. I know 6 kids seem like a lot, but they’re very well behaved children so please don’t skip by just because of me having children.
I will be totally honest, my credit is not great. Average of 554 right now, however I am working on it and have been for over a year. After separating from my children’s father. That being said, my rent has always been paid and always been priority!
I do have amazing references!
I am looking for a larger home and preferably in the country! Just know that in town will work to with a yard, we are willing to relocate as well. Currently we are in the Quinte West/ Belleville area but are willing to go Kingston, Napanee, Madoc, Marmora, Stirling, Tweed, Campbelford, Frankford, Prince Edward County.
I can afford 3200/m plus all utilities.
I am looking for asap and can have first and last available (As long as place has been looked at inside and out and we have lease and keys IN HAND)… this is to avoid any potential scams sorry I had to say it that way just have already been scammed and would love to avoid being in said predicament ever again.
We are very clean people. Very clean (can provide photos if needed to prove cleanliness)
